B-Side Of The Week: Snow Patrol

Like many other fans, I got hooked on Scottish rockers Snow Patrol after hearing their amazing 2004 album, Final Straw. I was fortunate enough to catch them play live at a little Philly venue called the North Star Bar right before the single "Run" blew up and made them stars in the States. Now they're playing much larger venues to sold out, adoring crowds.

During the tour for Final Straw, the band often broke out this rocking b-side during the encore, and it quickly became a cult favorite of their devoted followers. Although the song is cool, I don't think it is as strong as the material on Final Straw, and so it makes sense that it was released as a b-side on the "Run" singles.
